I got this graphic from the Fabulous app this morning. If you don't know, the Fabulous app is a app meant for life improvement and gives you all sorts of daily challenges for yourself. I have been using it for a morning challenge since April. And it gives you daily graphics like this one: BAD HABIT BINGO. I really wanted to share this because I am working through some of these things myself. Maybe not the nail biting, but some of these things I am still dealing with and working through. How about you?
