There's a current heat wave in Seattle right now, and last week I went down to Tomboll, TX to visit my father for Father's Day and it was hot down there too! But man, we had a great time, and I even kept up my morning power walks even tho it was hot and humid!! Even when the sun went down, it was still humid! But there's a lake by his place that was my favorite spot for walking and I was doing 4 miles daily and a couple times at night.
